- Iceberg parsley as much as you want
- 1 chicken steak fillet
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1 small sized onion
- 3-4 leaves of mint
- 5-6 branches of dill and parsley
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tea spoon of black pepper
- 1/2 tea spoon of salt
- Butter or olive oil enough to oil the pan
- 1 Rio Santo Ranch Sauce
Cut the chicken steak fillet as stripes. After, start cooking chicken stripes in low oil. Chop the fresh iceberg parsley in large into large pieces. After mincing 2 small sized onions rub them with salt and separate their juice. Add the half cucumber and tomato as well. Add a few branches of dill, parsley and mint both for vitamins and flavor. Finally, pass the Rio Santo Ranch Sauce on it.
You can cook chicken steak fillet in frying pan at medium heat.
