Heat it with edible oil and wash it. And Wash It with Warm Sudsy Water.
Do not use metal utensils, sharp instruments or appliances such as electric mixers to cut, chop, release or whip food in any non stick cookware.
The nonstick coating can be damaged in such situation.

Wash it with hot, mild detergent and dishcloth. Always keep your cookware cool before washing.
Handles can be very hot in the oven or boiler. Always use a potholder or mitt to prevent from burning when removing cookware from the oven.
Cooking OIls and Sprays;
With nonstick cookware, there is no need to put much oil to lubricate the cooking surface. You can use little oil or even none, or you can use as much butter or oil as you like.
