The benefits of lemon
Lemon can be said to be a medicinal fruit, which has great benefits for human health. Lemon has strong alkalinity and is considered a good medicine for treating illnesses like cough, phlegm, spleen disease, and promoting blood circulation and calcium absorption. It can prevent cancer and food poisoning, lower cholesterol, eliminate fatigue and increase immunity.
Lemon is rich in vitamin C, sugar, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and is very beneficial to the human body. It is called “anti-inflammatory fruit”, which acts like a natural antibiotic on the human body, and has various effects such as antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.
One of the simple ways to make use of the lemon is to have a glass of lemon with water that we call lemonade. This method is simple and practical, can play the role of detoxification, eliminate harmful substances in the body, to achieve the purpose of intestinal health and can quench thirst and dilute the desire to eat.
Besides, lemon can be paired with rock sugar, honey, etc., which tastes sweet and sour and refreshing. Some people like to wake up in the morning and drink a glass of lemonade, and feel refreshed. In fact, drinking lemonade on an empty stomach in the morning is good for healthy people, but bearing in mind that it is not suitable for those who have gastrointestinal problems.
